Photo by Neil Ament.)As I mentioned the other day, Joe Pavelski is having a charity golf outing this summer to benefit Portage County Youth on Ice and the Joe Pavelski Scholarship Fund. The event will be held Friday, June 26 at 2PM at the Stevens Point Country Club. The golf tournament will include hole contests on each hole and awards for the champion foursome. Joe will be playing the same hole the whole day so that everyone will get a chance to play with him. In addition to the golf tournament, there will be a cookout, raffle, and silent auction. Also, Badger alums and current NHLers will be in attendance.
