Even in the desert Badgers rule

On thursday I arrived at Arches National Park and happened to take in a ranger program that night at the campground.

I've been to the high desert several times, but I was enlightened to learn about all the different animals that inhabit Arches.

How does this relate to Badger hockey?

The badger is one of the main predators of the drier areas of the park (along w/ the coyote and the mountain lion). What is the badger's favorite dessert in the desert? Why rodents of course.

Can't wait to see a few kills on the ice when the Badgers prey on the rodents of minnesota in a whole different habitat (the frozen indoor pond) in a few short weeks.
