First and foremost, I just wanted to let you know that I've updated the recruiting statistical spreadsheets. I've made a change that you should be aware of. I've decided to stop tracking statistics for potential recruits. It just became too much of a chore and it's a bit of a crap shoot any ways.
From now on I'm just going to list players that may be of interest on the potential recruits page. I will continue to update committed players statistics. As always, tips on players are encouraged.

Now that we've got that out of the way...2011 defense recruit Troy Hesketh is playing at the Minnesota State High School tournament this weekend at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, MN.
Hesketh and his #1 ranked Minnetonka squad have been outstanding all season. The Skippers had an impressive 22-1-2 record in the regular season. In the playoffs they rolled over sectional opponents Minneapolis West, Benilde-SM, and Eden Prairie by a combined score of 19-3 including a 7-1 drubbing of defending AA State Champion Eden Prairie in the sectional final.
Minnesota seeds their state tournament and Minnetonka drew the #1 slot. They will play Lakeville North the #8 seed at 6:00 on Thursday night at the Xcel Center like I mentioned previously. If the Skippers should happen to win the opener, they will play the winner of Duluth East and Hill-Murray at 8:00 PM Friday. Championship game will be played at 7:00 pm Saturday Night.
