McBain falls short of Hobey Hat Trick

The Hobey Hat Trick has been announced, and unfortunately Jamie McBain did not make the cut. Still an honor to be a finalist after a great junior season. The Finalist are defenseman Matt Gilroy and forward Colin Wilson both of Boston U and Brad Thiessen of Northeastern.

In other news, McBain was named an INCH 1st Team All-American. Its only INCH, but its news.

Lastly, McBain has started his pro career w/ the Albany River Rats of the AHL. He scored his first professional goal on tuesday in a 5-3 loss to Bridgeport. He is currently wearing #34.
