OT Futility Counter

We have added a counter to the 60 minutes, No Alibis, No Regrets Blog. Unfortunately its counting the time elapsed since the Badger's last OT win.

Sounds like they had a couple good chances last night in OT, but sooner or later they have to win one. We are here to provide motivation.
