Yeah its off topic, I don't care.
Been a Brewers fan my whole life, never thought I'd see this day, the Brewers are heading to October. Hopefully this is going to be a regular occurance in the Brew City for many years to come.
Really this post isn't completely off topic. The state of Wisconsin has some of the best fans in all of sports. Outside of the Bucks, the Packers, Badgers and Brewers have a very loyal fan base. Lambeau is always sold out and the waiting list for tickets could reach the moon. Badger fans fill Camp Randall and the Kohl Center every night for the major sports, and travel in numbers to Bowl games and post season appearances. Brewers fans came out in droves this season, but that base is always been there. Tough to fill Miller Park every night of a 81 game home schedule, but you bring in players to win (Bud and Wendy Selig still suck) and it happens.
As a Wisconsin native, I'm proud of the teams we have (besides the Bucks) and proud of the fans we have who are so loyal to those teams. We don't need a fire drill to stand up in our seats like the neighboring fans to the west.
GL to the Brewers, no reason they can't win it all.
