Not sure how I forgot to post this in time, perhaps Thanksgiving got the best of me. So I'm a little late this week. Its a huge weekend for the WCHA in terms of non-conference matchups, w/ only one WCHA game on the schedule.
First last weekend, I was 3-2 in predictions, 8-8 on the season, not bad.
Wisconsin split w/ St. Cloud
Denver split w/ minnesota
Duluth took 3 pts from North Dakota
UAA split w/ CC
Mankato swept Tech
That's old news how about some scores from last night:
Michigan State 1 - Wisconsin 3
Michigan 6 - minnesota 3
CC 1 - Air Force 4
Colgate 1 - Denver 6
Mankato 2 - Bowling Green 2
Cornell 3 - North Dakota 7
Michigan Tech 0 - Bemidji St 3
Nice wins for the Badgers, Sioux and Pioneers. Not so good for the CC Tigers. I'm not sure yet that Air Force is for real, since CC was their first tough opponent, but they are still undefeated. Denver takes their crack at Air Force tonight, go Pioneers!
Tonight the slate is pretty full again:
Michigan @ Wisconsin
Michigan State @ minnesota
St. Cloud @ Duluth
Tech @ Bemidji
Cornell @ North Dakota
Air Force @ Denver
Colgate @ CC
Mankato @ Bowling Green
Wisconsin and minnesota both need wins, but I'm not cheering for the gophers.
