Hockey after High School

Not exactly Badger Hockey related, but interesting nonetheless . . . Ryan at the USHL blog was kind enough to send me this article about Oshkosh hockey player Jake Rudd. Rudd played high school hockey for the Oshkosh Warbirds and graduated this spring from Oshkosh West. He's now looking to make a USHL team for next season and after that play college hockey.

The article talks about why Rudd stayed in Oshkosh, his work-out regimen, and his chances of making a USHL team. I don't follow prep hockey or recruiting very much, so I was immediately interested by this article. Then I saw that DPlaya had also stumbled upon the article, and his observations are quite interesting as well.
