No Alibis Q&A

As is the case with any hockey blog, it's bound to get a little slow during the offseason. A pro signee here, a recruit/alumni story there, and that's generally it until its time to do season previews and what-have-you. Hopefully there will be more news about the practice facility, but that might be wishful thinking...

With that in mind, I tried to think of something we could do on the blog to help fill in the gaps until the 2010-11 season kicks into gear. One idea that came to my mind was to take inspiration from shamelessly rip off the "Q&A" recurring feature from the AV Club website.

For those unaware, the feature works this way: someone comes up with some question (AV Club is a music/movies/tv/etc. website, so there its usually stuff like "tv show that brings back your childhood" or "first record you ever bought" or "terrible show you secretly like"). Then all of the editors, columnists give short, one paragraph answers.

I figure we could give something like that a try, but it'll be more fun and interactive if you guys send us the questions. So if you have any Wisconsin Hockey questions (relating to anything about Wisconsin hockey) you'd like us to answer, send them to me at exileondaytonstreet@gmail.com.

If we think it'll make for an interesting little feature, then it might pop up later on. Until then, we'll be keeping our eyes open for pro signings, recruit updates and cool alumni stuff during the Stanley Cup playoffs.
