Several Current and Future Badger Women busy during Holidays

The Badger Women don't play a regular season game again until Jan 9th when they travel to the DUMP in Duluth, but a few Badgers (and future Badgers) will be busy during the holidays away from Madison. Reminder: the US Select Team plays the Badger Women in an exhibition on Jan 2nd, 2 PM @ the Kohl Center.

Brooke Ammerman, the freshman sensation, will be heading to Blaine, MN for the 2008 USA Hockey Women's Holiday Camp.

North of the border, Malory Deluce and Brittany Haverstock will be joining Canada's U22 Team, as they travel across the pond to Ravensburg, Germany for the 2009 MLP Cup (formerly the Air Canada Cup). This event occurs Jan 2-6.

Finally, two 2009 recruits will be joining Canada's U18 Team for the 2009 Worl d U18 Championshps in Fussen, Germany. Breann Frykas and Saige Pacholok both played for Canada's U18 this summer in a three game series against Team USA. Speaking of Team USA, Mark Johnson will be coaching the Team USA U18 Women, which includes 2009 Brianna Decker. This event occurs Jan 5-10.
