Wonder what your favorite Badgers or former Badgers are doing over the summer? Well quite a few of them are attending NHL prospect camps. Prospect camps are usually held the last week of June or the first couple weeks of July. NHL teams hold these prospect camps to get an up close and personal look with players that they have drafted and some top prospects in their system. They also sometimes bring in free agent players for camp who the organization is considering for a minor league contract. Here is a list of players with Badger ties who I've found to be participating. There were a few teams, including Detroit where I couldn't find a roster.
